Returns 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. 

We will issue a full refund back to the CC/PayPal account used for payment (shipping fee excluded). You can also exchange the item for a different size or opt for a gift voucher option which will be sent to you via email the same day we process your return.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that are returned with missing tags, any signs of wear, or outside of our 14 days return policy will not be accepted and returned back to you. We will email you to let you know the reasons we are rejecting the return(s).

All sale items are final and have a strict no returns/no refunds policy so please ensure sizing is correct before checking out.

Customers are responsible for the costs/returns of items being sent back to us, please ensure you keep a copy of your tracking number and information as we are not liable to cover any missing returns.

 

Faulty Item(s) / Order Issue

For faulty items please contact us first before you send anything back, within your email please include your name, order number and a description/pictures to explain the issue.

Your faulty goods case must be raised with in 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. Your item(s) must be returned to us within the 14 day policy. All faulty items will be sent for inspection by a member of the team, once this has been finalised an exchange or refund will be processed.

Any items that have been washed, worn or have makeup or fake tan stains will not be accepted for repairs, refund or an exchange. Item(s) will be returned back to customer

You can request to cancel your order by emailing us - please bare in mind if we do not see/receive your email in time your order may have already been dispatched. If this is the case, you can follow our return process.

For any order issues contact sales@fondofyou.uk - please include your order number, contact name, address and your reason for return.

 

Shipping 

UK and EU orders are sent via DHL/Royal Mail/Fed-Ex, all information on how your order has been sent along with the tracking number is emailed to you the day your order is shipped. 

International orders are sent via DHL/Fed-Ex, all information on how your order has been sent along with the tracking number is emailed to you the day your order is shipped. 

All orders are sent within 1-3 working days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) after your order has been placed. Delivery time 1-2 days.

UK Next Day Delivery cut off is 3pm, any orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following working day.

Pre ordered items will be sent the following day after arrival at the HQ, you will receive an email to let you know your item(s) have been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for local taxes and custom charges.
